Jennie has undertaken training in Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) and has also completed the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED) Diploma course, which is approved by the British Psychological Society and consists of the following speciality trainings:
Jennie's approach and methodology draws from a range of evidenced-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness.
Jennie is also a qualified Metabolic Balance Coach - Metabolic Balance helps rebalance metabolism and hormones throughout a personalised and structured nutritional plan developed by researchers, scientists and nutritionists in Germany. Metabolic Balance is credited for the weight-loss success of high-profile celebrities such as James Corden and Boy George.
Jennie is registered with a number of professional bodies including the British Association of Applied Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the General Hypnotherapy Council (GHC).

- FdSc degree in Nutrition from the University of Bedfordshire
- Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy
- Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from The Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London.

Hypno-CBT is an evidenced-based methodology that is approved by the British Psychological Society and is highly effective in resolving a wide range of issues and habits including weight loss, eating issues, stress, anxiety, alcohol dependency and addictions.
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming - a set of techniques that provides practical psychological tools to change the way you think.
- Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) - a hypnotherapy approach developed by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer that delivers rapid and powerful results.
