Qualifications & Training

Jennie holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds, a FdSc degree in Nutrition from the University of Bedfordshire and Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from The Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London. 

Jennie has studied Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT) with the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in London. Hypno-CBT delivers powerful and rapid results by integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Mindfulness and Self-Hypnosis. It's highly effective in resolving a wide range of issues and habits including weight loss, eating issues, stress, anxiety, alcohol dependency and addictions. Hypno-CBT is an evidenced-based methodology that is approved by the British Psychological Society.

Jennie is a certified NLP Practitioner and has also trained in the hypnoanalysis technique Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) developed by the renowned therapist Marisa Peer.

Jennie has also completed the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED) Diploma, which is approved by the British Psychological Society and consists of the following speciality trainings:
  • Nutritional Interventions For Eating Disorders
  • Psychological Approaches For Eating Behaviour and Weight Management
  • Practitioner Skills For Working With Obesity Management

Jennie is a qualified Metabolic Balance Coach - Metabolic Balance helps rebalance metabolism and hormones throughout a  personalised and structured nutritional plan developed by researchers, scientists and nutritionists in Germany. Metabolic Balance is credited for the weight-loss success of high-profile celebrities such as James Corden and Boy George.

Jennie is registered with the British Association of Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
