Do you give out meal plans?
I don't give out specific or prescriptive meal plans. I give you a framework which outlines what types of foods to eat (and why), when to eat and how much to eat in order to lose weight successfully. I give you examples of how this can translate to your plate and plenty of ideas for quick and easy meals.
Will I need to cut out carbs?
No you won't need to cut out carbs - you can eat carbs and I will specify which types of carbs to focus on to help you lose weight.
Is there an exercise program I need to follow?
No, I don't give advice on exercise. Although I would always encourage anyone to stay active for their overall health, weight loss is >80% what you eat.
How much weight will I lose?
Results depend on the individual but typically clients lose between 3-4kg in the initial two weeks followed by continued steady weight loss.
When are the weekly Zoom group calls?
The weekly calls are on Wednesdays at 7pm for the duration of the program. You can choose to join either by video or audio only (so you can be your PJs and no-one will know!) and you don't have to participate if you don't want to - you can just listen in.
What if I can't make one of the calls?
